The Ford Econoline, also known as the E-Series, has been the quintessential van since its debut in 1961. While many models from the ’80s and ’90s are still cruising today, the E-Series made way for the Ford Transit in 2015. Regardless of age, these Ford platforms are perfect for a Ford Econoline van conversion, given their widespread availability and easy access to spare parts.
